Was wondering if such a thing exists....WAN (Wireless USB connector)

Hi,

I was just wondering if you can get a ' WAN (Wireless USB connector)' or Card for your PC. Obviously you can get those but i was wondering if you can get one which has an extra extra strong signal sniffing strength which can sniff out wifi spots far away?

To do this you would need to connect an external antenna to the wifi card/dongle. There are antenna that have parabolic collectors on them that may pick up fainter signals. You can also make them yourself, with many designs available online :

You are talking about hacking someone else's wifi, an act that is illegal in most countries. I am sure google can give you any information you need for that.
