Hi,
I downloaded a DVDRIP from a Nirvana show: The Reading festival
The video quality is great, but the audio is a MP3 128 Kbps.
I found the audio from the same show with flac format.
Is there a software that keep the video and change the audio to this Flac, both without re-enconding. Or I have to converting to MP3 and change the audio in a software like virtualDub ?
Thanks. And sorry my bad english

I don't think so.
But you can make a mkv with flac audio, use mkvtoolnix, load the avi and flac and make a mkv.
