    Any idea of where to get a good replacement battery for a Dell Vostro 1500? The Dell OEM battery has horrible reviews. People are saying that the working time in vastly overstated. And from what I've seen on this laptop those reviews are accurate. A 9 cell battery rated at up to 7 hours working time has gotten no more than 3 hours right from the start, even with all setting tweaked for power saving.

    does that dell have the whacky charger with the small center 3rd wire? i've never had any luck with those models. maybe a lenmar battery was the best i found but they aren't cheap, and generally last the same time as the oem.
