Hey, I'm having a rather odd problem. I'm trying to convert an MKV to avi so I try using MKVextract GUI and for some reason it doesn't extract the last minute and a half of the video file. Both the audio and subs are fully extracted just not the video. Anyone have any idea what's going wrong?

You don't have to extract to convert , you can convert from the mkv directly with many programs e.g. xvid4psp, format factory, xmediarecode etc....
If there are unwanted tracks, you could remux the mkv in mkvtoolnix first (uncheckmark unwanted tracks)
