    As a matter of interest where is Videohelp.com based? I can't locate this information on the site!

    If you look to the left lower side under 'OTHER>About', the site information is displayed. The site administrator is based in Sweden and the site is hosted in Houston, Texas, USA.

    You may be correct. I just followed their linked website info. It listed Houston as the corporate location. Two server locations in Houston and five in Dallas. They do list 48,000 servers that they host.
