I have a question hoping someone can help will give all info that I can.
I have some friends who lost there son this spring. The last thing they have of him is a home movie from there Camcorder. They can play the file on the PC - which has both audio and video but once they burn it to CD or DVD there is no audio just video. They play it back on the CD/DVD drive.
So I'm not familiar with the formats of a Camcorder file. What can I do to convert the file so it will play back in both CD/DVD drive and there DVD player.
I really want to help them the best I can.
Thx for any replys and advice.

Do you have the file?
If so, download and install Mediainfo, open the file.
Then, view results as txt, then copy/paste here so we can interpret the data.
Can you find out the camcorder model number?Recommends: Kiva.org - Loans that change lives.
