Using MSU Denoiser (Which did nothing after Encode???)
Im Capturing threw Virtualdub with uncompressed avi & audio. After doings tons of testing with cables, Codecs, Etc. its seems that its the Digital input thats causing it or am i wrong? The reason i say that is because the TV Tuner im using is Analog. But the RCA coming in from my Cable is Digital. So that might be the Reason why its doing that because my Xbox threw RCA doesn't do it at all. So my question is how do i remove it? I used MSU Denoiser Which when i applied it, it fixed it, but when i Encoded it, it Literally did nothing lol. So is it Fixable? is there any Filter or Feature in Virtualdub that will fix this? Hell even if i have to delete the frame ill be happy. i just want it to go away.
