Hello everyone, hope it's okay to post here and please do move my message to the correct section if necessary.
Anyway I have a pc with Nero 8 (& Nero Express Essentials SE or whatever). But if I select DVD Shrink to automatically use Nero when burning, I'm left with a DVD that will only work on a computer and not a DVD player.
But if I just save it as an ISO image and then click the file which then manually gets 'Nero Express Essentials SE' to burn the disc, I get a DVD that works fine on a computer and any DVD player.
So am I doing something wrong?

Sounds like Nero is not making a standard format DVD. I don't think Nero has worked correctly with Shrink since V6.
But there is a version of Shrink that works automatically with ImgBurn that would be a better choice: http://download3.videohelp.com/DVDShrink32_w_ImgBurn.rar

Thanks for the replies and for putting my mind at rest.
