(sorry if im placing the post in wrong column, but i really have no idea where this should put! )

My question is I have a small personal video work, and it is going to be feature by a magazine
But I am using a audio track from BBC News as background music, hence, for the publishing purpose,
do I need to get the right from BBC, ....however, is it really possible to get the right from them.

Please give me some suggestion, also the track last for about 3 mins,
Thanks so much in advance for any suggestion!

of course you do. anytime you use someone else's work in a for profit situation you have to get their permission, most likely by paying them for it. even if it were not for profit, 3 minutes is over the limit for free use.

and this is definitely not news and needs to be moved by a mod.
