Hey everyone,

First I want to thank anyone and everyone for helping me with this if they can. I am at my wits end.

Ok, I bought a Blackmagic Intensity Pro video card recently to capture my Xbox 360 footage. Right now I have a passive HDMI splitter hooked up to the 360, with the input connected to the Intensity Pro and the output to my computer monitor (which has HDMI support).

SO far so good. I turn on my 360, and I switch to the HDMI channel and everything is loaded, picture perfect. I open up the Intensity Pro Control Panel and the Input and Output are set correctly

Set Output: HDMI & Y,R-Y,B-Y
Set Input: HDMI Video & HDMI Audio
Output and Input processing are both "off".

I load up my Blackmagic Media Express V1, click on the Capture tab and I get this message.
"Blackmagic Media Express has stopped working"
"A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.... etc"

I've downloaded the recent 3.5.2 drivers and Media Express 2.02 and same thing. I reverted back to the 3.4 drivers and still the same error.

Now granted, I'm running Windows 7 and on a Dell computer (2.7 GHz processor, 6GB of RAM, 640GB HD and 2 external 1TB HDs).
I don't plan on captured uncompressed video since it'll be for a game site, which I'll be editing video clips (montages) for video reviews. The external HDs are to house all the footage once captured. I will be buying more as time goes on.

I didn't opt to get a RAID setup for that reason.

I've searched everywhere for this problem and even emailed support (who haven't gotten back to me yet) regarding this issue. Can anyone help? It'll be very much appreciated.
