Hello there, was just wondering if anyone has ever ran into the some conditions as me - in short I can't get the intensity pro to pick up a signal (HD 720p @50 currently) - except in media express v1.

I've attached two images showing the setup and Media express v1 working, and v2 does not. It's more to illustrate that I can't get the intensity pro to have it's settings stick in any program, so all I get is a black image, and nothing else.

Ideally I want to use it with any kind of video capture program, such as vhmulticam studio, or skype. All have the same problem.

Currently using 3.5.2 Blackmagic drivers, and media express 2.0.3 / media express v1

The source video is another computer set to run at oddly enough 720p 60hz- which is odd that I can only see it at 50 frames, although preferred anyway.

  2. Were you ever able to resolve your blank input problem? I'm having a similar issue involving the Intensity Pro.

  4. Try this: start playing a video in a media player (leave it playing and visible, don't minimize it) before starting the capture software. Now do you see the picture in the cap software?

  5. i will try that once the drivers stop acting retarded now. ugh 7 months and this is my first issue, its highly pissing me off

Edit: K drivers are fine, still not working with what you said to try and now tikibroadcaster cant use the card as a video source. Any help?
