Basically I would like to convert OGM to AVI/MPEG formats and keep the subtitles. I have followed a guide from Baldrick I found except the problem is this: The video file and the subtitle files need to be named the same and in the same folder me to watch the vid with subtitles. I am trying to get them all into one file. I have a OGM Demuxer, Vob Sub, and Virtual Dub Mod. I have audio and SRT files, I would just like to have everything in one file so I can stream it from my ps3. Thank you for your time!

Use OGM Demuxer to extract all the streams from the OGM. Usually, what I find in an OGM is an Xvid-encoded AVI video stream (will be extracted as an AVI without a muxed audio stream), one or more Ogg-format audio streams, and subtitles, if they're present. You can use the converter of your choice to convert the .ogg audio streams to MP3 format, then use VirtualDubMod or AVI-Mux GUI to mux the MP3 streams into the AVI. The same goes for the subtitles, but it's usually easier just to leave them as separate files, as you originally wanted. (movie.avi, movie.srt/.ssa/etc.)

Actually, if you want to play it directly on the PS3 (not sure about streaming), you can also use AVIAddXSubs to mux the subtitles into the AVI, and the PS3 should be happy with the results. I don't think it'd complain about muxed-in .srt files using the method I mentioned first, but I never tried it on our PS3.

I believe you can also convert the .ogm using AVIDemux, and can also hardsub the video using the .srt, there, if you want.
