    When I do select subtitles in Input Settings in DVDX, they appear on the movie (on the bottom but above the black portion) and not on the black portion (extreme bottom of screen for cinemascope) of the converted Mpeg whereas in the original dvd it is on the black portion.

    Anyone knows how to fix this.
