I'm converting some xvid.avi files to xvid.mp4 and playing them on a portable player.
In the conversion process, I have to set B-frames to zero, otherwise the player fails to play the video. I've confirmed this with Mediainfo showing BVOP "YES" before conversion, and BVOP "NO" after conversion.
Is there a way to remove b-frames from a video (set them to zero), without the lengthy process of encoding?

	Pity.
How about a faster method of encoding: all other aspects of the avi stay the same (resolution, fps, bitrate, codec, etc..,)?
In addition, the audio stream can be simply copied.

So, which tool could perform video only encoding and leave out the BVOP in a fast way?
