Often times after I make a conversion using convertxtoDVD, I'll find out I made a typo in the menu title or subttitles or forgot something or just don't like the frame windows and then go back and do it all over again. That wouldn't be such a big issue except that it takes hours to go through the rendering conversion process.
Is there any way you can edit the DVD menu without having to go through the hours of rendering again.

You can just follow The Easy Way section at the bottom of the guide. -
It is the encoding that takes the time. Authoring is a quick process. Your other option, Manono's guide does not solve your problem, is to demux the video and audio, then use something like DVD Styler to create new menus.
