    Subject says all. I am using TMPGEnc beta 12e+. I had the setting on TMPG set to System(Audio+Video). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    usually the case is no video but sound when trying to play an mpeg-2 in a player that can't handle it. Have you tried more then one players?

    Sorry I can't help but I hate it when posts get no responses ( like a question of mine currently ).

    I had the same problem, but I found the solution. Use VirtualDub 1.3 (any higher version will not support ASF). If you have problems loading the ASF file, you need to use the ASF file fixer plugin for VDub. I found both Vdub 1.3 and the plugin using google.com.
