Hello to you all and Seasons Greetings.

I am a newby regarding the manipulation of DVDs. Found a problem. After successfull conversion from .vob to avi or anyother, I always faced the same problem with sound. After conversion I went from stereo to less than mono. That is, only sound on the right speaker. I am always carefull enough to verify the audio in the conversion software, making sure it is set up to stereo. I use Xilisoft HD Video Converter, but it happens with anyother converter.

Obviously I'm doing something wrong. What is it?

    Don't use xilisoft crap converter.

For dvd to avi use autogk or fairuse wizard or handbrake or xvid4psp or ripbot264. Rip the dvd using dvdfab decrypter or install anydvd it will decrypt automatically for you.
