    I changed the subject as tell me how doesn't say anything.

    Use mkvtoolnix (mkvmerge gui) to add several audio tracks to a mkv. If you want more information you must give more information exactly what you are doing.

    Well I'm still waiting for MORE INFORMATION!
    What kind of video files do you have? And give AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE, video and audio codec, container(avi,mkv,dvd,etc)

    ANd have you even tried mkvmerge? add the video file and the then the audio and make a mkv.

    How did you get the this other audio source? Is it EXACT same length as the video? if it's from a different source you must probably manually resync it and it could be very tricky.
