    i wnat to use a philips dvd 622 to look at vcd cd īs . With other standalone dvd player like the very cheap cyberhome etc. itīs not a problem but with the DVD 622 i see permanent look ups. :evil: Any hints (exept to sell the dvd) are wellcome. The vcd uses the following parameter:

    MPEG-1 352x288 25fps CBR 1150kbps, Layer-2 44100Hz 192kbps (PAL)

    Hi!
    I had the same problem with both vcdīs and svcdīs.
    I changed the burning speed from 8x to 4x and the movies didnt freeze a single time...
    i dontīnow if it will work for you but give it a try.
