    I've had this program for quite a while even running on Vista but after Microsoft update last night to Service Pack 2 for Vista
    all I get is the splash screen for a few seconds then it goes away and I have nothing?
    Please Help!

    Perhaps you need to reinstall it?
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.
    VOB2MPG PRO, Extract mpegs from your DVDs - with you in control!

    I tried to reinstall the registration wizard came up all 3 fields are filled in I click register but now every time I try to start it the registration wizard just keep coming up?

    I have installed SP2 and registered no problem... So are you running as Admin?

    When I run as admin I immediately get a popup that says svc2dvd 2.5 has stopped working

    OK, I got it! I'm embarrassed to say what I was doing wrong. Rushing through the install I was forgetting to change the path and I suddenly remember the problem with it being installed under Program Files. I changed the path and all works fine ran everything as administrator to be sure.
