nero problem

hello, this is my first post so i hope someone helps me.

i have tried to burn vcds with nero...but i just get sound and no picture (its all white).

i have looked at the guide and followed it, but on the guide when one presses vcd, there is a different list with out datafiles under the vcd option.i get entryvcd, lotvcd etc, but not as in the guide...

can anybody suggest what i can do

I use nero and its pretty easy for me, I start nero, select VCD from the wizard list, and it will allow you to drop and drag you files onto the windows like you make an audio cd, it will tell you if the files match the standard.It sounds like a format problem, since it played audio, it does recognize the disc. Look through your version of neros user guide and take some parience to sit down and read it. You will get it right.
