Hi.
I d/l the latest trial of Nero to use with DVD Shrink. I used DVD Shrink to load VANILLA SKY to my HD. As it turns out, VANILLA SKY is a bit too large to fit onto a blank DVD-R. I did some research on this, and others have confirmed this. Anyway, it looks like DVD Shrink divided the movie into 4 parts: VTS_02_01.VOB and so on. I went to Nero to create a DVD using each part as a title -- no menus or bonus stuff -- just the movie. The result was that it wouldn't burn.
Any ideas on what I did incorrectly?
I saw a guide from a member here for TMPGEnc to re-encode, but I honestly couldn't get through the initial step that he has screen shots of, so I tried this other "lamer" way.
Thanks for your positive feedback.

DVD Shrink will reduce the movie to fit a single layer disk. If you use re-author mode you can drag just the main title across from the right to the left pane. Press backup, and select whether or not you want Nero to burn.
