    Hey all,

    I have a problem with avidemux. Everytime when I try to move the slider from the 1st frame to the last it lags and I cant continue with my work. But If I move the slider from 0 to 1000 it lags for 5min and then again... Can someone tell me what is the problem please ?

    With ALL your video sources? or maybe just h264 hd video or what?
    Tried latest beta build from http://avidemux.razorbyte.com.au/ ?

    with every video no matter what codec are they, and no I will try the new version 2.5 and give feedback. thanks

    Edit: it's still the same but when I try with a 1min and 30sec video it lags less then a 24min video... (but it's not from the codecs)
