    And if it is inside the VOB file ....: IS THERE ANY edit tool to open so large vob file ?????

    .vob file contain video, audio and subs. There are several ways to rip the subs. "Best way" depends on what you are aiming for. I dont feel like explaining all methods now, so you should tell us, what you want to do.
