Heho.

Just wanted to ask how this is made? (you all know this from the TV)

I own Photoshop & Sony Vegas ... and I also know how to add still-stand images.
But I can't get them moving or smoothing into the picture as it happens in your local news program .. or let something scroll through the picture like todays stock exchanges.

Any suggestion? How does this work?
Are there some free resources out there?
Any tutorials on this?

In vegas you can use the Credits generator to create ticker tape runs across the bottom or top of the screen. Far easier than photoshop and Track Motion, which would be your other method.
