I have a Xvid Video file and i want to convert it to a suitable format which my Xbox 360 can see, also with subtitles. So i choose 'add job' 'start' , all goes well...but i get one error, which means it won't continue and doesn't succeed.

So what i tried was...i went into Vdubmod. I open the videofile, it asks me something, i choose NO. (i got that from a tutorial) i then go to streams>stream list> demux and i save it as 1.mp3. However..that's where i'm getting kinda lost..what should i do after this? I saved the MP3...didn't take very long. And what i then tried was to save the file, but that was gonna take incredibly long, plus dat the filesize would be beyond ridiculously big.

So i decided to try out SUPER. I selected Output container as AVI. Video codec Mpeg-4, Audio AC3.
So i press convert and after a few minutes it's done...didn't take very long. I then go to AutoGK and do this :

I open the videofile, subtitle file, output size is 700MB. Advanced settings > Output resolution 640> Codec Xvid> Output audio is either AUTO or Original. I press add job, start. All goes well...it even continues...but my main complaint is..how insane long this whole process takes....so my question is...did i do something wrong? Maybe choose a different audio codec in SUPER, and so that it wont take so ridiculously long in AutoGK? Cause normally when i convert something with AutoGK,it's pretty quick.
