  1. I can't get my TV out to display on my TV. I've right clicked on my desktop and gone into my display settings, but the TV option is grayed out. I can't choose it. I have my TV out (ATI Radeon) hooked directly up to my TV. I tried both a svideo to composite adapter and composite to TV. Neither worked. I'm running Win98SE. Any ideas?

  2. I thought I'd add under settings, I also can't choose my TV. My only option is the ATI radeon. When I go hit the advance button, the TV option is grayed out. Hopefully that will clarify any confusion.

  3. set your resolution to 800x600 and your refresh rate to 60hz then see if your box can be checked... not sure if that is how the radeon works, but that is how my older ati card with tv works.

my ati detects when you plug a lead into the video out connector and automatically switchwes on the tv out function..
aggreed res must be 800*600 as tvs are not high res like a monitor.

  6. No luck...I changed my res to 800*600 and I still get nothing but squiggly lines. I still get the "not connected" message. Any other ideas?
