  1. (I know you're tired of hearing from me, but this is the last issue known. Promise!)

Media player classic (-hc) 1.6.1xxxx won't show some files on the secondary monitor. The audio is fine, the video screen is dark.
When I drag the window over to the primary monitor the video shows just fine, but when I move it back to the secondary monitor the video window is just dark. If I put the window so half is on the primary and half on the secondary monitor, the half that's on the primary you can see fine, the half thats on the secondary is dark. Fun the first time. Annoying now.

What's going on, and how do I fix it?

(win xp sp3, 4 gig ram, nvidia geforce 9500 1 gig card, lots of hard drive space, yada yada)

It's probably because of video overlay/hardware acceleration.

  3. That worked! I lowered hardware acceleration to just a couple clicks above 'none' and that seems to have fixed the problem.
Too bad really tho, its a little slower to transition, and a greater burden on the cpu, but much better than crashing?
(tho I'm wondering why it didn't have that issue before)
    Thanks for the help!
