When I run the installer "mpegsae.exe" a bunch of programs are created in a temporary folder but the installation does not proceed. When I try to run the Setup.exe program in that folder nothing happens. I am running Windows XP Pro. Is there some problem with Windows XP?

sounds like more of a corrupt install disk, I have xp pro and panasonic installed and ran fine, however i really don't use it as tmgenc is faster and gives better results.
