    yes Time Adjuster can join srt file but not details until miliseconds.
    my srt file timing look like this hour:minuteeconds:miliseconds but TA can only join up to hour:minuteeconds
    so when i join it, they will out of sync.

    Plz help. TQVM.

    Subtitle Workshop.

    If you have the matching video files it can work out the offset, otherwise you can adjust manually.

    Read its manual -- all is explained there.
