I use TMPGenc xpress to convert rmvb to mpg and then with TMPGenc author to dvd.
Clip 1 & 2 is 29.97 fps while clip 3 , 4 & 5 is 25 fps.
I use TMPGenc xpress to convert it with its fps to mpg.
Is it the correct fps or I need to convert it to same fps?
After convertion, I use TMPGenc author to convert it dvd.
What fps should I use? 29.97 or 25?

Some authoring packages allows you to mix 29.97 and 25fps (like dvd-lab and guifordvdauthor) but it may not work on all dvd players. But if you want to use tmpgenc dvd author and make a compliant dvd then must you convert to same fps.

If I convert to same 25 fps from 29.97, any disadvantage compare to existing 29.97 fps file? Like smooth and sound of the video?
Will it depend on me to convert from 25 to 29.97 or 29.97 to 25?
