Creating Video screenshot

Does anybody know how to capture the video snapshot (not by random) and then arrange them into a big image (like the sample) and add some text or note and which programme can do this?

media player classic, file->save thumbnails.

I also try that way but I want to creat the image with the black background and I can chose the frame to capture (not random). I want the destination file is same like the sample.

imagegrabber 2 (free) you can shoot in a regular interval, or manually select frames and output either individual pictures or the big image collage
