I've got a couple of videofiles on one timeline in encore. When exporting, at the point where a new file starts the audio pauses for a second. This is even when i don't use chapters. In the preview in encore all is well, but when played on the blu-ray player, i've got this pause....
Can anyone recommend a solution for this?
Is is possible to add the files after each other without re-encoding in some tool?
Thanks!

The DVD spec defines each of these as a separate title, which is Encore has authored them, and hence your gaps. You can join them together before you bring them into Encore with something like Womble Mpeg Video Wizard, or perhaps even by simply concatenating them in DOS (personally, I would use a video tool to do it).
Your other option is to author with something like DVD Flick, which will join multiple clips into a single title.Read my blog here.
