    hi,
i have been having a problem with the audio of a copy of lotr divx..
it was in 4 parts and i joined it together with no real hassles, but when i used TMPGEnc to convert to vcd the audio at the start is in sync but as u go more towards the end it becomes more out of sync... please help me and rid me of this nightmare....

  2. Is the large DivX file (with all the parts appended) also starting out with the audio synched, but falling behind the video as time goes on?
As Churchill famously predicted when Chamberlain returned from Munich proclaiming peace in his time: "You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor, and you will have war."

  4. Try this open up v-dub under video select direct stream and under audio select full compression. then go to conversion and select 44 hz. after that go to file and save avi. This will give you a larger file but tmpgnc likes uncompressed audio. Before you encode play the file to make sure it is in sync.
