I'm trying to convert a MOV file to WMV using Quicktime/Flip4Mac. However, I'm getting a lot of banding.
Is there a better Mac utility to do this? Or, using QT/F4M, how do I get rid of the banding?

Why anyone would want to convert a perfectly good MOV to
WMV is beyond me, but take a look at VisualHub:
