So i have a set of anime with dual tracks, eng and jpn. The first 9 eps have subs that are black for some reason while the other fifteen or so don't, they have white normal ones. I have the CCCP installed, so i thought i could change the color with ffdshow, but it didn't work when i applied it. Any help to make it readable would be enjoyable. They are all in ogm format and have idx and sub files with them. Thanks. I provided a pic to show what i'm talking about.

idx,sub files are image subtitles and you can't change the color in ffdshow then. I think you can use some of the tools in vobsub to change colors but I'm not sure.

Are you sure you don't have more than one thing trying to display subtitles on the screen at the same time? What happens if you disable ffdshow's subtitle support?
