All my music is in one folder, in shared documents, my music, it is also the monitoring folder on WMP however, only 915 songs out of 4000 songs can be added to WMP for some reason, I tried manually adding and everying. I have been looking for answers using google, I've deleted the "CurrentDatabase_59R.wmdb" and 2CurrentDatabase_360.wmdb" files, still nothing. I then found this link, on how to fix the problem on command prompt but once I enter the code, I get parameter not found, what am I doing wrong?

    attrib –s “c:\documents and settings\all users\documents\my music\music\*.*” /s /d

Try changing to that folder, then running attrib -S /S /D and see what happens

    I just entered:

    attrib -s *.* /d /s

This will turn off the System attribute on all files and directories. A number of files that are hidden will generate errors, but that can be ignored.
