I don't know if this happens for everyone but when I insert an OFFICIAL CD into my disc drive and rip using WMP, I sometimes get totally wrong information of the CD, I do search for the correct CD from the database, usually AMG, but doesn't the CD contain a special code that matches up with the database?

Is this a problem with WMP or AMG etc?

Also, I am trying to download AMG Lasso to see if that will help.

is there another way to access the AMG database other than WMP? Because I have around 200 wma files with no ID tag, is there a way where they all can be recognised by their fingerprint?

I found my answer, WINAMP, its changed a lot since the last time I used it. It can retrieve the correct data from your CD (90%) of the time and I can easily add music to my library, although, if anyone knows of any way that when I retrieve data for an music file, the file is stored in its album folder among its artist folder in "My Music"?
