    use cdmage to extrack bin files

    or

    burn the .cue file included with Nero by choosing "Create from Image File" options.

    ok the problem is I dl a movie and its in a bin format. I use nero and "burn image" and then pick the bin file ... then type of image is set to "Data Mode 1" then "block size" 2048... but that turn out to be to large for a CD... then tried "block size" 2352 and Raw was check automatically. and burn image... it didn't play...

    can someone help?

    You can use Nero, but my experience is that it doesn't always burn successfully.

    You can burn CUE/BIN images with the following proggies like so:
