    What do you mean ??

WHat codec do you use to play realmedia ? or what codec does real media use ??

Either way... realmedia, it's their own codec, tools > codecs > Real Alternative for a bloat free codec for real media files (which are pretty much crapolla)

Real Alternative will install a codec to read Real Video and your video may then be accepted by TMPGEnc. No guarantees with some forms of RMVB video. If you wanted to encode to the Real Video format, you would have to use something like Real Producer or other Real product, AFAIK. Or maybe RealAnime would work. Real Video is a very proprietary format, so there's not a lot of programs available to work with it.

If TMPGEnc fails, there is also ConvertXToDVD that can handle some RM formats. A method I use for RM conversion using AVIsynth is this: https://forum.videohelp.com/topic289872.html

Not all of us are native English speakers. But I agree the question could have been worded better.

pcb, I hope SUPER works for you. It's output is often not very good quality and it really doesn't have enough adjustments to improve the quality. But RMVB is also often not good quality.
