i have a lot to download, so it has to queue, and my connection is not to fast, so sometimes i have to go to another city, and from that city i want to monitor my download or add the other links

example : i like to know whether the internet connection is down or not, or my account has reach it limit in RS, or i want to add another new links

I don't have a clue either. From what I can decypher, the OP has a computer at one location, and wants to be able to monitor his download application from a remote PC...which would be close to impossible when he already stated he has a slow internet connection. But then he mentions RS (which typically means Rapid Share) and you can check your account stats from any PC connected to the internet by simply logging in to your account.
