    Hi,

I have converted several wmv files to dvd but when i play it the audio is out of sync. I had the same problem with divx a while ago and apparently the solution was to decompress the audio.

does anyone know where i can get one of these for wmv files?

    thanks al

You could try DVD Flick. Your problem likely relates to VBR (Variable Bitrate) audio. Many Xvid/Divx files off the net have that problem also. WMV is a proprietary format, so there's not a lot of converters out there. The payware ConvertXToDVD also should handle most WMV files.

BTW, more information about what programs you have tried for the conversion and the settings and steps used would be helpful. Otherwise everyone is just guessing.

    And welcome to our forums.
