    But seriously, you need some MPEG editing software, like MPEG Video Wizard for the video, and an audio editor to do the sound. You will need to demux the two first, and keeping them in sync can be difficult.

    This import the dvd to TMPGEnc DVD Author 3 with DivX Authoring.
    It is a hell of an application that can do anything in a dvd for you

    I think you will have problem to edit what is not there, unless Censored audio is in dubbing audio stream.
    In that case Mpeg Wizard should do, because you will have to do your own dubbing.
