I want to create a dvd movie from many clips. each clip is a chapter so that when I click the player can skip and jump to the next one. Is there any free software that can do this besides DVD Flick? Thanks for all response.

the description of FAVC shows that input is avi file. My files are mpeg or vob, any other software?

Yes it accepts VOB and MPEG, but you need an .avs script and .d2v for it.
You can do it yourself with .avs scripts and HCenc, then author it using a separate tool such as DVDauthorGUI, but FAVC simplifies the process of encoding and authoring
DVD Flick would be another "easy" way of doing it.
ConvertxtoDVD would be "easy" as well, but trialware
