    I Used TMPGEnc DVD author to cut out parts of a dvd but now the audio is well out of sync how can I fix this

    Maybe try vob2mpg or demux to separate streams using pgcdemux on the dvd and then use tda. If still same problem try other dvd mpeg2 editors like videoredo, mpg2cut2.

    Well Tried all of those but 1/2 way into video this is when audio is out of sync bad isnt there a program where as you can slow or speed up audio to match video

    Audacity or Goldwave can do that, but you would probably need to extract out the audio as WAV file. https://forum.videohelp.com/topic348100.html
