Convert divx avi with dts to ac3

Hello

I have a music video file . Divx (1280*720) with dts. I wish to convert the audio to dolby digital to play on my stand alone player.

Have tried all software eg Xilisoft etc but without success. Request you to help me.

Try xvid4psp, open avi, choose avi hardware profile, under video choose copy and under audio choose ac3. You probably need to resize it to max 720x576 also.

Is there any other way where I could retain original video size i.e. 1280x720.

If your dvd player supports hd divx/xvid then you don't need to change the resolution.
