    I am new to this DVD ripping technology. I just got Smartripper and DVDx and I am having problems ripping the DVD. I can get the movie onto my hard drive using the smartripper and then when I check it out by encoding just a little segment of it on DVDx I find out that it is not the actual sound of the movie, IT IS A COMMENTATING VERSION!!! Can anyone tell me how do I get the movie with the actual sound?

    The problem is not with the ripping, VOB files contain ALL the languages of your movie, you just simply picked the incorrect Audio Track using DVDx in the Input Settings.
