Virtualdub WMV Encoding

Hello,

When I select "microsoft windows media video" from the codec list, I get an error message saying

"You have not installed the complete windows media video 9 vcm package"

I went and downloaded this package :

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/forpros/format/codecdownload.aspx

I restarted virtualdub and gave it a go and i still got the same error.

Is there a step im forgetting?
