FLV: VP6 to Sorenson

Is there a way to convert VP6 to Sorenson without any loss (or, if any, it's hardly discernible to the human eye) in audio/video quality? I use SUPER for most of my conversions, btw.

use constant quant encoding.

vp6 is a lot more efficient than flv1 though,
so expect it to be a bigger size,
considerably bigger.

using Super for this particular job can only guarantee a crap result.
