    I am a mac noob.


    Is Xvid playback possible on 10.3.9?


    Thanks for any help you can offer. I tried Ffusion, but can't seem to get it to work.


    I dropped the component in \Library\Quicktime as instructed, but it didn't seem to do anything.


    What else should I try what am I doing wrong?

    If memory serves. VLC was what I used when I had Panther.

    You will need to scroll down to the 10.3 version.

    Thanks, but I retried the official Divx codec and it works now.


    I am not sure what I did wrong the first time.
